Professional Services Supplier Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier requests and serve as the primary contact for inquiries.

• Analyze supplier performance, reinforcing governance practices for risk mitigation.
• Utilize data analytics for generating insightful reports and executive briefings.
• Conduct thorough vendor research to assess market offerings and trends.
• Update process documentation to reflect industry and policy changes regularly.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance team productivity and provide training support.
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and legal teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements aligning with industry and organizational standards.

Skills

• Strong experience in supplier and vendor management with a keen contract lifecycle understanding.
• Proficient in using analytical research tools and AI for performance insights.
• Demonstrated ability in managing projects with attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with various teams effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Teams, Visio, PowerBI, and AI-related tools.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in project management, AI technologies, or procurement.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry dynamics.
