Job Description

Client is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Now Assist (GenAI) to design, lead, and develop advanced ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep architectural knowledge combined with active coding, configuration, and implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Now Assist / GenAI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining fully hands-on with development.
• Architect scalable workflows, Virtual Agent enhancements, predictive intelligence, and automation solutions.
• Review requirements, define platform strategy, and ensure best practices.
• Drive technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and integration design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong architectural background.
• Hands-on expertise with Now Assist, GenAI features, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and complex integrations.
• Strong communication and ability to work with enterprise stakeholders.

Preferred

• ServiceNow architect-level certifications (CTA, CAD, CSA).
