What You'll Do- Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process efficiency, and plant wide safety
- Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering
- Perform root cause analysis and root cause failure analysis
- Experience with manufacturing or industrial-scale capital projects.
- Track and report maintenance KPI's month to month such as delay percent, preventive maintenance compliance and cost
- Research new operational support technologies, tools, techniques and industry trends that may impact the organization
- Update existing plant and maintenance equipment records and processes
What You'll Need- Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams
- Ability to lead a project from design through installation and start up, including associated operational and maintenance training
- Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel
Your Education- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a technical field OR 10 years of Industrial Maintenance/Engineering work experience
