What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process efficiency, and plant wide safety
  • Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering
  • Perform root cause analysis and root cause failure analysis
  • Experience with manufacturing or industrial-scale capital projects.
  • Track and report maintenance KPI's month to month such as delay percent, preventive maintenance compliance and cost
  • Research new operational support technologies, tools, techniques and industry trends that may impact the organization
  • Update existing plant and maintenance equipment records and processes

What You'll Need
  • Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams
  • Ability to lead a project from design through installation and start up, including associated operational and maintenance training
  • Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel

Your Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a technical field OR 10 years of Industrial Maintenance/Engineering work experience
