Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Technology Project Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Own and manage the product backlog for assigned product areas, translating product strategy into prioritized features, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, nonfunctional requirements, and delivery-ready work items.
Lead product discovery and value assessment by documenting business problems, value hypotheses, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and success metrics; use stakeholder feedback and performance data to refine product priorities.
Drive Agile delivery and execution by supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, Program Increment planning, dependency management, scope decisions, release readiness, testing, and operational handoffs.
Align business and technology stakeholders while supporting responsible AI governance, control documentation, privacy, security, compliance, auditability, and continuous improvement across AI product delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role delivering enterprise-grade AI or technology solutions.
Experience delivering generative AI solutions using large language models, APIs, orchestration tools, or agent frameworks.
Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using trusted enterprise content, client data, or advisor-facing knowledge sources.
Experience managing Agile product backlogs, including prioritization, refinement, release planning, dependency management, and outcome measurement.
Technical Skills:
Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), APIs, AI Orchestration Tools, Agent Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, DeepEval, Jira and Confluence
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting wealth management and financial services operations, including Financial Advisor workflows, client servicing, advisor productivity, and personalized client experiences.
Experience translating business needs into enterprise AI product capabilities that improve information access, automate routine activities, surface relevant insights, and support business decision-making.
Experience managing product requirements in regulated financial services environments, balancing customer value, business objectives, operational needs, risk, compliance, privacy, and auditability.
Experience owning enterprise product delivery across discovery, backlog prioritization, Agile execution, stakeholder alignment, release management, and post-release outcome evaluation.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with wealth management or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with SAFe, Agile Release Trains, Program Increment planning, and responsible AI governance for generative or agentic AI solutions.
Generative AI or agentic AI certifications, with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable AI solutions.
