SAP ECC HR Consultant : Cayce, SC (EST candidates only)

Title: SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer

Work location: Cayce, SC – Remote – Quarterly travel required

Candidate location: Only EST candidates required

Independent candidates only 

Experience: 8+ years

Duration of the Contract: 12 Months

Required Skills:

·        3+ Years of Experience with SAP ECC HR modules, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to optimize SAP HR system workflows to support automation and reduce manual processes.

·        3+ Years of Experience with State HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.

·        3+ Years of Experience in data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems.

·        3+ Years of Experience in Advanced reporting and dashboard development using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI.

·        3+ Years of Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).

·        3+ Years of Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and position-driven system access configuration.

 Preferred Skills:

·        Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and SC infosec policies.

·        Experience with IT Implementation Projects

 Additional Skills:

·        Written and Verbal Communication Skills

·        Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration records, SOPs, and user guides.

 Required Education:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
