Our company, an industry leader in the manufacturing sector, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced CMM Programmer/Operator on a permanent basis. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who is adept at precise measurements and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blueprint reading, GD&T fundamentals, and precision measurement. They will also have extensive experience with rs-150, coordinate measurement, mazatrol, okuma, mazak, mills, lathes, multi axis, 4 axis, 5 axis, and ISO 9001/ISO9001 standards. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

As a CMM Programmer/Operator, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing complex CMM programs to assist with the manufacturing process.
2. Operating and maintaining CMM equipment efficiently and effectively.
3. Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and plans to ensure accurate measurements.
4. Conducting quality control checks and precision measurements to maintain product quality.
5. Utilizing software such as mazatrol, okuma, mazak for programming and operation.
6. Operating various machinery such as mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
7. Adhering to ISO 9001/ISO9001 standards and guidelines.
8. Identifying, analyzing, and solving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the manufacturing process.
9. Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator in a manufacturing setting.
2. Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T fundamentals, and precision measurement.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with rs-150, coordinate measurement, mazatrol, okuma, mazak.
4. Hands-on experience with mills, lathes, multi-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines.
5. Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO9001 standards and guidelines.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
