Overview
We are seeking a Lead SAP BTP Developer to play a critical role in a phased SAP S/4HANA implementation. This individual will provide technical leadership across SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) development, cloud integrations, and DevOps enablement.
The initial phase of the program focuses on Accounting and Financials applications, followed by Logistics, and then Operations/Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP BTP development initiatives within a broader SAP S/4HANA implementation
Architect and develop cloud-based SAP applications and integrations
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Guide technical strategy for SAP extensions and integrations into the cloud
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Provide hands-on development while mentoring other developers
Support phased rollout across Financials, Logistics, and Operations modules
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall application development experience
5+ years leading SAP projects in a Senior/Lead capacity
Strong experience with SAP BTP (extensions, integrations, cloud services)
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation
Strong background in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation
Experience integrating SAP solutions into cloud environments
Ability to work on-site (preferred)
Experience supporting Financials/Accounting modules
Preferred Experience
Exposure to Logistics and Operations workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
