We're hiring a Senior Systems Administrator - with a sharp focus on Azure and Hyper-V in a highly secure, compliance-driven environment.

Must-Have Experience

• 
  Expert Microsoft Azure (Networking, Entra ID, Azure NetApp Files)


• 
  Strong Microsoft Hyper-V failover clustering


• 
  8+ years Systems Administration experience


• 
  Experience managing enterprise ticketing workflows


• 
  Experience supporting regulated environments (NIST, CMMC, DFARS preferred)

Global Operations

• Tier 3 queue and global escalations


• 
  Drive SLA performance, uptime KPIs, and follow-the-sun coordination (US, Singapore, London)

Hybrid Cloud & Virtualization

• 
  Optimize Azure VMware Solution + Hyper-V clusters


• 
  Ensure workload mobility and resource efficiency

Secure Storage Fabric

• 
  Administer global NetApp ONTAP (FAS/AFF)


• 
  Encryption-at-rest, SnapMirror replication, CUI protection

Compliance & Security

• 
  Align infrastructure with NIST SP 800-171 & CMMC Level 2


• 
  Maintain audit-ready documentation and hardening logs

Bonus Points

• 
  AZ-104 | VCP | NetApp NCDA | Security+ | CISSP


• 
  PowerShell or Python automation


• 
  ITIL v4 familiarity
