Location: Plano, TX - Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong hands-on experience developing QuickBase applications.
Strong hands-on experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards.
Experience with data modeling, report performance optimization, and visual best practices in Power BI.
Proficiency with SQL and/or working with structured datasets.
Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Technical Skills:

Power BI: Advanced skills in data visualization, DAX functions, and connecting data sources.
QuickBase/Adobe Workfront: Expertise in configuring process workflows, automating tasks, and customizing tool functionalities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance QuickBase applications, including tables, relationships, forms, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that are visually appealing, insightful, and aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate closely with business users, BAs, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate QuickBase with other systems and data sources (APIs, Excel, databases, etc.).
Create data models and semantic layers to support efficient reporting and analytics in Power BI.
Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and best practices across applications and reports.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements as needed.
Create technical documentation and user guides as required.
