We're a private equity-backed industrial services platform headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, with a 50-year operating history and a footprint that now spans dozens of service locations across North America. Following a recent take-private transaction with a top-tier global PE sponsor, we entered a new chapter of accelerated growth - combining the discipline of a long-established operator with the ambition and capital of a sponsor that backs category leaders.
Our work is mission-critical: the customers we serve simply cannot afford downtime, and the technical complexity of what we do is a meaningful moat. We operate through a mix of field services, in-shop operations, engineering, and corporate functions, and we serve a diversified blue-chip customer base across several of the most durable end markets in the industrial economy - segments benefiting directly from secular tailwinds in infrastructure modernization, electrification, and capacity expansion.
Growth has come from two engines running in parallel. Organically, we've roughly doubled the business over the last several years through disciplined commercial execution and operational improvements. Inorganically, we've completed nearly a dozen add-on acquisitions and have a robust, active M&A pipeline under our new sponsor - meaning integration isn't a one-time event here, it's an operating capability we're actively building.

M&A creates a steady drumbeat of integration work. With multiple acquisitions completed and more in the pipeline, you'll be playing acquisition integration as a repeatable muscle - not a one-off project. Few roles outside of pure PE operating partner seats give you that kind of repetition.
Compensation reflects the stakes. Competitive base, performance bonus tied to transformation and synergy outcomes, and a meaningful equity component in a sponsor-backed platform with a clear value-creation thesis.
Hybrid, with the team that matters around you. Headquartered in DFW with a flexible hybrid schedule. Senior leadership is on-site enough that you'll build real relationships, not just Zoom ones.
Job Details
10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise transformation, value creation, or large-scale operational improvement initiatives
Direct experience in a private equity-backed or sponsor-backed environment, with clear accountability to a value creation plan
Hands-on experience with acquisition integration - ideally across multiple deals - including process, systems, and reporting standardization across acquired businesses
Background in mid-market, multi-site service businesses with a mix of field operations, shop/in-house operations, and corporate functions
Strong financial acumen: job-level costing, labor utilization, margin analysis, forecasting accuracy, backlog visibility, and revenue leakage identification
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial - and to influence without direct authority in a decentralized organization
Experience operating in environments with a mix of legacy systems, internally developed tools, and evolving infrastructure (rather than fully standardized Tier 1 ERP environments)
Demonstrated success partnering with IT and Finance on ERP, workforce management, and reporting initiatives
Track record of building business cases with clear KPIs, synergy targets, and ROI tracking - and delivering against them
Change management experience driving system adoption, process standardization, and cultural alignment across diverse teams
