AR Advisor

Location: Loveland, Colorado (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking an AR Advisor to provide professional support. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner through various channels, identify user needs, and assist with questions. This role involves maintaining a positive and professional attitude while ensuring user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via various channels such as phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify needs and help branches/customers with inquiries, including educating users about new features and functionalities.
  • Create and update internal software with information about issues and user discussions.
  • Escalate issues and coordinate with various teams as necessary for resolution.
  • Acknowledge, resolve, and follow up with branches/customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Assist in training team members and share effective workarounds.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all parties.
  • Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Education: High School diploma/GED.

Experience: Accounting and/or Customer Service experience is required. The candidate must be self-motivated, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimum direction.

Skills: Strong prioritization, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel), are necessary. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities are required, along with patience when handling difficult cases.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and High Radius CAA is a plus.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools, along with CRM knowledge.
