Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Electronics Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in PCBA design and development, embedded systems, analog/digital circuit design, and PCB layout using Cadence/Altium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product development, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, debugging, manufacturing support, and design validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, prototype, and troubleshoot PCBAs from concept through production.
Develop analog and digital circuits for embedded electronic systems.
Perform schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout using Cadence and/or Altium.
Support manufacturing, testing, debugging, and validation of electrical systems.
Analyze and resolve signal integrity, EMI/EMC, ESD, and board-level design challenges.
Develop and integrate embedded hardware solutions with communication interfaces.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and engineering guidance.
Support design verification, validation, and regulatory compliance activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronics product development.
Strong experience with PCBA design, prototyping, manufacturing support, and troubleshooting.
Expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
Proficiency with Cadence and/or Altium for circuit design and analysis.
Experience in embedded electrical system design.
Strong debugging and testing skills using oscilloscopes and other electronic test equipment.
Deep understanding of PCB design, board-level electronics, and signal integrity.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
