Job Title: Go to Market (GTM) Lead
Location: Detroit, MI
HCL Tech is seeking an experienced and dynamic GTM Lead with deep industry expertise and the ability to leverage AI-driven strategies to transform client engagements, build market-differentiating offerings, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will combine executive leadership, industry depth, and AI acumen to deliver impact at scale.
- Proven leadership in GTM strategy across an entire industry vertical.
- Deep understanding of AI s transformative impact on the service industry and ability to design AI-driven, industry-specific offerings.
- Strong business acumen to align GTM with client success and long-term growth.
- Expertise in AI tools, automation, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Experience designing and scaling outcome-based pricing models for large deals.
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives across industries to drive AI-led digital transformation discussions.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and mentor Portfolio GTM Leads, fostering a culture of AI-first growth.
- Strong communication, influencing, and executive presence for client and industry-facing leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA (mandatory), preferably with specialization in Strategy, Business, or relevant industry domains.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales, or industry leadership, with at least 5+ years managing multiple portfolios or an entire vertical.
- Automotive domain experience a MUST!
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and scaling GTM strategies across large, global accounts.
- Proven success in developing and selling AI-led, industry-specific offerings.
- Track record of building executive relationships with C-suite leaders and influencing industry direction.
- Experience leading large teams and managing senior leaders (Portfolio GTM Leads).
