Role Summary

Looking for a senior, hands-on architect to lead digital contact center transformation using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This role is business-outcome focused, not just technical-driving:

Better customer experience (CSAT)
Reduced call volume (self-service / bots)
Improved efficiency & cost

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end digital contact center (chat, email, messaging)
Define and implement AI, Copilot, and automation strategy
Design and evolve Dynamics 365 contact center platform
Act as onsite advisor to business & tech teams
Drive integrations and enterprise solutions

Required Experience

5+ years in digital contact center solutions
Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Omnichannel
Experience with:
AHT (Average Handle Time)
CSAT
Call deflection / containment
Strong background in:
Conversational AI / chatbots
Automation & self-service solutions
