Job Details

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer support experience within plastics distribution, industrial distribution, engineered materials, fabrication, or manufacturing environments
• Prior experience selling industrial plastic products such as acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE, UHMW, plastic sheet, rod, tube, or other thermoplastics strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, industrial supply chain, or production-driven customer environments
• Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts in a fast-paced industrial sales setting
• CRM and ERP system experience required, Oracle JDE or similar software preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally with engineers, purchasing teams, plant managers, and manufacturing customers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on customer needs
• Proven track record of building long-term client relationships, growing accounts, and delivering strong customer service
