We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Architect with a strong background in managing BareMetal clusters and virtualization, along with expertise in Container Storage Interface (CSI). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing OpenShift environments, ensuring that they are robust, scalable, and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs. Your knowledge of BareMetal infrastructures will be critical as you leverage virtualization technologies to enhance performance and resource utilization. You will also be tasked with integrating storage solutions using CSI, enabling seamless storage management for containerized applications. As an OpenShift Architect, you will stay updated with the latest trends in cloud-native technologies and contribute to best practices, operational standards, and innovative solutions. Your ability to troubleshoot complex application networking and storage issues will be vital in ensuring high availability and optimal performance of our applications. Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust OpenShift architectures on BareMetal clusters and virtualization environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate and configure Container Storage Interface (CSI) to manage storage resources efficiently.
• Optimize performance and resource utilization of OpenShift environments through best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
• Lead architectural discussions, making informed decisions on technology and design direction.
• Document architectural designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an OpenShift Architect, preferably with a focus on BareMetal clusters and virtualization technologies.
• Deep understanding of container orchestration, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Container Storage Interface (CSI) and storage management in containerized environments.
• Strong skills in networking concepts, application deployment, and cluster management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
