Position Overview
A premier regional law firm is looking for a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join their IT team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless video conferencing via Teams and Zoom, and maintaining a meticulous inventory of firm equipment.
As a key member of the technical staff, you will manage the full lifecycle of support requests through the firm’s ticketing system, providing high-touch service to legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting: Provide comprehensive deskside and remote support for Windows 11 desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Application Support: Assist users with the Microsoft 365 suite, with a heavy focus on advanced Word and Outlook functions.
Media Coordination: Set up and monitor high-stakes Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings.
Documentation & Assets: Maintain an organized log of all support activities and manage the firm’s hardware/software inventory.
Firm Growth Support: Assist with office buildouts and expansions, which may require occasional travel to satellite offices.
Candidate Requirements

| Experience | 2–5 years of IT support specifically within a law firm or professional services environment. |
| Technical Core | Expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Word/Outlook). |
| Legal Software | Prior experience with iManage (Document Management System) is highly preferred. |
| Education | Associate’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience). |
| Logistics | Must have a reliable vehicle; this location is not accessible by public transit. |
