Position Overview

A premier regional law firm is looking for a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join their IT team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless video conferencing via Teams and Zoom, and maintaining a meticulous inventory of firm equipment.

As a key member of the technical staff, you will manage the full lifecycle of support requests through the firm’s ticketing system, providing high-touch service to legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide comprehensive deskside and remote support for Windows 11 desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

  • Application Support: Assist users with the Microsoft 365 suite, with a heavy focus on advanced Word and Outlook functions.

  • Media Coordination: Set up and monitor high-stakes Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings.

  • Documentation & Assets: Maintain an organized log of all support activities and manage the firm’s hardware/software inventory.

  • Firm Growth Support: Assist with office buildouts and expansions, which may require occasional travel to satellite offices.


Candidate Requirements

Legal SoftwarePrior experience with iManage (Document Management System) is highly preferred.
EducationAssociate’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
LogisticsMust have a reliable vehicle; this location is not accessible by public transit.
