About the Role
Job Summary
An Oracle RMC Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security controls within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC). The engineer ensures compliance with governance policies, manages user access, performs Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, and supports internal and external audits. This role is common in organizations implementing Oracle Fusion ERP, especially in regulated industries.
Experience Required
- 7 12+ years of Oracle ERP/Fusion experience
- 4 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Security
- 3 5+ years of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
- Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Oracle Fusion Security architecture.
- Configure Job Roles, Duty Roles, Abstract Roles, and Data Roles.
- Create and maintain security policies.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis.
- Identify conflicting roles and recommend remediation.
- Configure AAC and AFC controls.
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Conduct periodic access certifications.
- Perform privileged access reviews.
- Support SOX, GDPR, and internal audit compliance.
- Monitor security violations and risk reports.
- Collaborate with ERP functional and technical teams.
- Integrate Oracle RMC with identity governance tools such as SailPoint (preferred).

Compensation
Hourly Rate: 70$-73$ per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
