Job :Power Platform Developer

Location: Columbia, SC ( Onsite)

Must be SC resident

Build and Support Solutions
Create apps, workflows, chatbots, and dashboards using the Power Platform.
Design Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
Use Dataverse to model and manage data.
Integrate with Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, and other systems.
Automation & AI
Build automated processes with Power Automate.
Develop Copilot Studio agents to support agency needs.
Security & Compliance
Follow GCC and agency security rules.
Work with admins on DLP policies, access controls, and environment setup.
Ensure solutions follow FedRAMP and NIST requirements.
Collaboration & Leadership
Work with Office of Technology (OT) and business users to design solutions.
Provide guidance and best practices for staff.
Document work clearly and support deployments.

Required Skills:

Must Have/Required Skills
3+ years experience with government IT projects.
3+ years of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power
BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio), including building complex canvas and
model-driven apps.
Experience designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Experience connecting Power Platform apps and flows to SQL Server.

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
Preferred
Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps.
Understand data loss prevention (DLP) policies.

Additional/ Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to create clear, detailed, and comprehensive documentation for technical
and operational procedures.
Must have experience managing security roles and permissions and handling
data securely and efficiently
