Summary

Azure DevOps (ADO) SME to support transition to a centralized ADO instance. Acts as an advisor (not a developer) to ensure proper configuration, standard reporting, portfolio visibility, and alignment with best practices.

Responsibilities

Act as Azure DevOps SME for structure, standards, and best practices
Translate portfolio/reporting needs into ADO configurations
Configure & guide on work items, queries, dashboards, and reporting (ADO native)
Support team onboarding and ensure adherence to ADO standards
Align ADO setup with Service Tree and future portfolio management needs
Provide day-to-day guidance and act as bridge between business and ADO capabilities

Required Skills

Strong hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
Expertise in ADO structure, dashboards, queries, and reporting
Understanding of Service Tree & Azure governance models
Strong communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
Advisor mindset (non-development role)
