Senior Oracle SOA Administrator / Production Support Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA (5 Days Onsite)

Job Description:
• Provide L3 Production Support for Oracle SOA Suite and middleware platforms
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across Oracle SOA, OSB, WebLogic, and OIC environments
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production incidents and implement preventive measures
• Manage incident handling, platform reliability, and system stability in enterprise production environments
• Support deployment activities, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance
• Work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams for issue resolution and operational support
• Ensure high availability and performance of middleware and integration platforms
• Participate in on-call support and handle production escalations
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and support procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for production support processes and platform reliability

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite
• Expertise in Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
• Strong WebLogic Administration experience
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong L3 Production Support experience
• Incident Management and RCA expertise
• Middleware platform monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills
