Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AJO Architect to design and implement personalized, data-driven customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and real-time personalization.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Define architecture for real-time customer engagement and personalization.
Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other enterprise systems.
Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Engineering) to deliver solutions.
Implement event-driven journeys, triggers, and segmentation strategies.
Ensure scalability, performance, and data governance across solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in MarTech / Digital Marketing platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP.
Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and campaign management.
Experience with APIs, data integration, and event streaming.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs.
Strong understanding of data models, segmentation, and personalization.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Adobe certifications (AEP / AJO / Campaign).
Experience with Adobe Campaign, Target, Analytics.
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Exposure to privacy, compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
