Summary

Position: Salesforce Health Cloud Lead developer
Location: Remote, USA

Salesforce Health Cloud Development Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience who will serve as the Health Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team.
This role requires deep expertise in Health Cloud, Omni Studio, and Copado, along with hands-on development responsibilities, issue resolution, and leadership through code reviews and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
Health Cloud Expertise & Solution Ownership: Act as the Health Cloud SME, lead solution design using Health Cloud data models, care management workflows, assessments, and member/provider structures. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architectures.
Omni Studio Development & Architecture: Lead OmniStudio development including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards while ensuring performance optimization and best practices.
Hands-On Salesforce Development: Perform hands-on coding using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL. Develop scalable components and own complex requirements.
Team Leadership & Technical Guidance: Help developers troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship to strengthen team capability.
DevOps & Copado Release Management: Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, version control, and release processes using Copado. Ensure adherence to deployment best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with BAs, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Provide estimates, solution approaches, and technical feasibility guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong Health Cloud expertise, deep OmniStudio experience, Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Copado DevOps, and healthcare domain knowledge. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Certifications (Preferred): Health Cloud AP, OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Admin/App Builder.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, mentoring ability, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
