Job Title: SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Human Capital Management processes. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, support, and optimization of core HCM modules while working closely with HR business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Configure and support SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll

·        Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

·        Support employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, transfers, promotions, and separations

·        Integrate SAP HCM with FI/CO, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems

·        Provide production support, issue resolution, and system enhancements

·        Participate in testing, documentation, and user training

Required Skills:

·        Strong experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant

·        Hands-on knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll

·        SAP ECC / S/4HANA experience

·        Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
