Summary:
Step into a high-impact Product Manager role supporting a rapidly growing Insurance Investment business. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, investments, and risk management, partnering directly with portfolio managers, traders, and investment operations teams to shape the platforms that power a sophisticated insurance portfolio. * Work hand-in-hand with portfolio managers, traders, and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand investment workflows, and ensure product decisions support real-world use cases
* Drive user acceptance testing, validate production releases, and ensure system accuracy, stability, and usability
* Maintain open, proactive communication with business and engineering partners while providing transparency around updates, timelines, and issue resolution
* Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, streamline processes, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
* Serve as a strategic connector between investment teams and technology groups, ensuring solutions are scalable, meaningful, and tightly aligned to business goals

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or investment-adjacent roles within financial services
* Strong knowledge of investment workflows, fixed income instruments, and the operational nuances of insurance asset management
* A proven track record of partnering with portfolio managers, traders, and technical teams to build trust and translate needs into product requirements
* Experience delivering data-intensive, scalable technology solutions alongside engineering teams
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to simplify complexity and influence decision-makers
* A detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering thoughtful, high-quality user experiences

Why This Role Stands Out:
* Work directly with high-performing investment professionals and shape tools that have immediate business impact
* Join a collaborative environment that values innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement
* Contribute to platforms that support long-term growth in a fast-evolving insurance investment space
* Enjoy competitive total rewards and access to professional development opportunities (benefits package provided during later stages of the hiring process)
