Hiring: Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Service Techno-Functional Lead (Service & Spare Parts)

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EBS Service SME to lead a critical Service Analytics initiative.

This is a senior-level role requiring strong functional depth + technical expertise + delivery ownership.

Role Focus
Customer is implementing an analytics solution using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) as the source system, focused on:

Service Operations
Spare Parts Management
Revenue & Financial Traceability

This is an EBS-heavy role. Power BI exposure is helpful but not primary.

What We re Looking For

A senior Oracle EBS professional who:

Has deep expertise in EBS Service modules
Can write complex SQL and navigate the EBS data model
Can reconcile operational data with financial data
Has led requirement workshops & UAT cycles
Thinks like a delivery lead, not just a consultant

This person will act as the EBS authority on the project.

Must-Have Functional Experience

Strong hands-on experience in:

Oracle Field Service
Depot Repair
Installed Base (CSI)
Service Contracts (OKS)
Inventory (INV)
Order Management (OM)
Accounts Receivable (Service Billing Flow)
Advanced Pricing (if applicable)
BOM / WIP (if service kits or repair manufacturing involved)

Must understand complete lifecycle:
Service Request Work Order Parts Issue Billing AR GL

Technical Expectations (Critical)

Strong SQL hands-on capability
Deep understanding of EBS data model
Experience tracing data across modules
Knowledge of tables like:

• CSI_ITEM_INSTANCES

• OKS_HEADERS / OKS_LINES

• OE_ORDER_HEADERS / OE_ORDER_LINES

• MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS

• RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_ALL

Understanding of:

• Subledger to GL flow

• Revenue recognition

• Deferred revenue scenarios

Experience Required

10 15+ years Oracle EBS experience
7+ years in EBS Service modules
Manufacturing / High-Tech Service background preferred
Experience supporting analytics/reporting initiatives
Experience reconciling operational vs financial data

This Role Is NOT

Not a Power BI developer
Not a generic Oracle Functional consultant
Not a pure Project Manager

This is a hands-on EBS Service Techno-Functional Leader.
