POSITION SUMMARY
The Contract Audit Subject Matter Expert SME provides business expertise to support contract audit operations and related system modernization initiatives This role ensures that business processes workflows and security access requirements are accurately reflected in systems used to support audit planning execution and oversight The SME represents the business perspective in defining audit workflows identifying user roles and permissions and validating system functionality through User Acceptance Testing UAT This position works closely with audit leadership program staff and technical teams to ensure that system capabilities effectively support contract audit operations and compliance requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide subject matter expertise on 3rd party contract audit processes policies and operational practices specifically in the Media industry
• Define audit workflows case management processes and operational requirements to ensure systems support the full audit lifecycle for participations and guilds
• Support the design and validation of rolebased security models including defining user roles responsibilities and appropriate access to audit data as it pertains to external users and multiple internal business unit users
• Participate in business process reviews to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Develop and execute businessfocused test scenarios and UAT activities to validate that system capabilities meet operational needs
• Coordinate with business users and project teams to document track and resolve issues identified during testing
• Validate that system workflows reporting capabilities and data structures support audit oversight documentation and compliance requirements
• Assist in the development of business documentation user procedures and training materials related to audit processes and system functionality
• Support business readiness and adoption during system implementation and transition from legacy CRM solution to Salesforce
• Knowledge of external third party audit work flow from notice letter acceptance to settlement remittance

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting contract audit compliance or oversight programs
• Strong understanding of the contract audit lifecycle including planning execution documentation and reporting
• Experience participating in UAT and validating business processes within enterprise systems
• Experience defining business workflows user roles and access requirements for systems supporting audit or case management activities
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear business requirements and process documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with business stakeholders and technical teams
