Job Description:

Role Summary

Senior AI Tech Lead / Developer to design and build next-generation Agentic AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, along with enterprise engineering skills and experience integrating AI with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agentic AI Development

•              Design and build AI agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-driven workflows

•              Implement RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector DBs, semantic retrieval)

•              Integrate LLM-based solutions with enterprise applications and APIs

2. Architecture & Technical Leadership

•              Define scalable GenAI + enterprise architectures

•              Lead solution design, guide development teams, and enforce best practices

•              Evaluate emerging LLMs, frameworks, and MCP tools ecosystems

3. Engineering & Development

•              Develop scalable applications using Python, APIs, and microservices

•              Build reusable AI components and orchestration layers

•              Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance

4. DevOps & Deployment

•              Deploy solutions using Docker / containers and CI/CD pipelines

•              Work with GitHub, version control, and DevOps workflows

•              Enable monitoring, scalability, and production readiness

5. Enterprise AI Enablement

•              Integrate AI solutions with ERP / SCM platforms (Oracle preferred)

•              Build AI use cases such as copilots, process advisors, and automation agents

Required Skills

Core AI / GenAI

•              Hands-on experience in:

o             LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

o             LangChain, LangGraph

o             RAG architectures and vector databases

•              Experience building AI agents, tool integrations, or multi-agent orchestration

Programming & Data

•              Strong expertise in:

o             Python (primary language)

o             PL/SQL (mandatory)

•              Experience working with:

o             Oracle ERP / Fusion / EBS

o             Structured and unstructured data handling

DevOps & Platform

•              Hands-on experience with:

o             Docker / containerization

o             GitHub / Git workflows

o             CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / DevOps)

•             

Nice to Have

•              Experience with SCM / Finance / HCM business processes

•              Knowledge of MCP tools / agent frameworks

•              Exposure to AI governance, guardrails, and enterprise security
