A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Data Center PM

Position type: Fulltime - Contract role
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Bowling Green, OH

As a Data Center PM, you will:
  • Be responsible for enforcing company and client safety programs, ensuring an Accident-Free Everyday culture, and implementing corrective measures when needed.
  • Be responsible for leading and mentoring assigned project management team members, providing coaching, training, and career development opportunities.
  • Be responsible for managing projects in accordance with schedules, ensuring favorable performance indexing (SPI/CPI), and overseeing installation strategies, subcontractor/vendor performance, and project deliverables.
  • Be responsible for managing project financial performance, controlling costs against planned budgets, presenting cost reports, and managing variables such as labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Be responsible for encouraging continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and innovative solutions to optimize processes.
  • Be responsible for leveraging construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, Textura, P6) to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Be responsible for anchoring training programs, supporting professional certifications, and fostering workforce continuity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering (relevant experience may substitute).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive construction industry experience in management or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across diverse verticals.
  • Experience overseeing structured cabling and/or data center construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, cost forecasting, and PMBOK standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and P6 Project Portfolio Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage construction teams of 60+ technicians.
  • Advanced project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of estimating, engineering best practices, SPI, and CPI.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure installations for data center new builds and retrofits.
  • Familiarity with multiple contracting and project delivery methods (lump sum, GMP, design-build, etc.).
  • OSHA-30 Hour certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer).
  • BICSI RTPM (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager).
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience with industry-leading manufacturer products and solutions.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $70 - $74 per hours
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
