We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Project Manager to join our team. This role is for those who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing high-profile projects involving hyperscale infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager, you will:

1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including its planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
2. Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
4. Make certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
5. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
6. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
7. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
8. Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to maintain and improve the project schedule.
9. Oversee risk management, including identification, analysis, and response planning.
10. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with hyperscale infrastructure projects.
2. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
3. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
5. Excellent analytical skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
7. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
8. Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. PMP certification is a plus.
