Position : BSSe Resource
Location : Dallas/Atlanta (Remote ok)
Employment Type: Contract
Resource Requirements
The requested resources should have:
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Experience supporting large-scale platform transformations and customer migrations
- BSSe experience needed
- Experience with Wireless and/or Fiber customer journeys
- Ability to operate in production, defect, and migration environments
- Experience working across Product, Technology, Operations, CTX, Care, Retail, and Digital organizations
- Strong analytical and executive communication skills
- Ability to contribute immediately with minimal onboarding
The work requires deep institutional knowledge and understanding of BSSe processes, customer impacts, migration dependencies, defect management, readiness operations, and mitigation governance. Resources without telecom or BSSe experience will require extensive
