We are in search of a highly experienced and dynamic Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives on the complexities of commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing all aspects of commercial litigation processes, including research, case analysis, and court appearances.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, motions, and briefs meticulously.
3. Representing clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.
4. Conducting depositions and discovery, and performing document review and analysis.
5. Providing legal advice to clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.
6. Developing case strategies based on the review and analysis of evidence and interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.
8. Continuously staying abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its clients.
9. Cultivating relationships with clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A valid license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on drafting motions and briefs.
4. Exceptional research skills using traditional and electronic sources.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
7. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
8. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
