Job Title: Senior .NET/Azure Full Stack Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid

Client: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday on-site at DECAL headquarters; candidates must currently reside in Georgia)

Interview Process: Either Web Cam or In Person

Responsibilities:

Modernize legacy applications to modern .NET 6/7/8/10.
Develop scalable applications using C#, MVC, Web API, Azure App Services, and Azure Functions.
Design and maintain REST APIs and integrations.
Manage SQL Server, including stored procedures, T-SQL tuning, migrations, and data cleanup.
Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Develop React UI components.
Work with SSRS and Power BI reporting.
Support AI integrations such as Azure Agentic AI, Copilot, and chatbots.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of .NET development experience.
Strong C#, MVC, Web API.
Hands-on legacy → .NET 6/7/8/10 migration experience.
Strong SQL Server/T-SQL experience.
Hands-on Azure experience.
5+ years Agile development using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
Proven experience developing production REST APIs.
Independent production debugging and troubleshooting experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
