Title: Salesforce Business Relationship Manager / Senior Salesforce BA (Hybrid Menasha, WI)
Contract Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $60/hr W2 (C2H), target conversion ~$120K salary
Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Menasha, WI
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping; create user stories, backlog, and roadmap.
Advise on Salesforce adoption strategy across Sales Cloud, Service/Field Service, CPQ, asset and case management, and licensing optimization.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops; align technology solutions to sales, service, and customer experience goals.
Define success metrics and support change management, training, and go-live readiness.
Coordinate with admins/developers; support sprint planning, UAT, and release/change processes.
Communicate status and outcomes to business leadership; manage expectations and adoption.
Salesforce ecosystem expertise: Sales Cloud, Service/Field Service, CPQ, asset & case management, platform licensing.
Business analysis & stakeholder engagement: Discovery, requirements, process design, and executive-level communication.
Strategy & value focus: Prioritization, roadmap, business cases, adoption and change enablement; familiarity with Salesforce AI opportunities is a plus.
Delivery fundamentals: User stories, UAT, release/change management, basic Agile/Scrum; ability to create training and communication materials.
Experience in construction, field services, or other asset-intensive industries.
Exposure to data/analytics and Salesforce AI/Einstein features.
Salesforce certifications (BA, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, CPQ) preferred.
Ability to work onsite in Menasha, WI 3 days per week.
