Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML & AgentCore Consultant to drive the architecture, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise-scale Generative AI and multi-agent solutions. In this role, you will design production-grade agent runtimes, implement multi-tenant SaaS architectures, and establish robust governance, evaluation, and CI/CD deployment pipelines on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and operationalize enterprise-grade GenAI architectures and multi-agent systems focused on production reliability and scale.

• Design and manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for Agent Runtimes on AgentCore, AWS ECS, and AWS EKS.

• Implement and configure core AgentCore primitives: Gateway, Identity, Memory, Observability, and Evaluations.

• Build multi-tenant SaaS AI architectures featuring federated governance, secure boundaries, and centralized control planes.

• Develop resilient, asynchronous Python services with structured logging, advanced error handling, SDK integrations, and automated testing suites.

• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows utilizing agent SDKs (Strands, LangChain, LangGraph) and cutting-edge agent/tool protocols (MCP, A2A).

• Construct Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and OCR pipelines for entity extraction, categorization, and contextual grounding.

• Provision and maintain modular cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, and IAM).

• Enforce enterprise guardrails and regulatory compliance using Amazon Bedrock Guardrails and AgentCore policy enforcement.

• Establish automated model and agent evaluation frameworks, ground-truth benchmarking, and A/B rollout pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• GenAI & Agent Frameworks: Deep proficiency in Strands, LangGraph, and LangChain, with hands-on experience orchestrating complex multi-agent workflows.

• Agent Protocols: Practical implementation experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) tool integrations.

• AWS & Infrastructure: Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, ECS, EKS, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, DynamoDB, and IAM.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven track record deploying production AI infrastructure via Terraform or AWS CDK.

• Architecture: Strong background in SaaS multi-tenancy, distributed microservices, and asynchronous event-driven Python architectures.

• Evaluations & Governance: Experience with Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, AgentCore policies, ground-truth test datasets, and automated LLM evaluation metrics.

• Data Pipelines: Hands-on experience developing OCR/IDP document extraction pipelines.
