Summary
Reason Open: Client has a heavy influx of new hires and offboarding activity. They currently have around 50 laptops to provision, roughly 30 terminated-user assets to retrieve/reimage, and are averaging about 20 new hires per week.
Core Duties: Laptop imaging/provisioning, new hire setup, onboarding/offboarding support, reimaging returned devices, basic hardware/software support, printer setup, and supporting existing onboarding/offboarding technician.
Technical Environment: Windows laptops, Microsoft Intune provisioning, OOBE/out-of-box setup process, basic command line steps, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting.
