We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and maintain Windows and Red Hat Linux servers, desktop systems, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in system monitoring, maintenance, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Red Hat Linux servers.

• Provide Tier 1 3 technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

• Perform system monitoring, patching, backups, and recovery.

• Monitor security, support vulnerability remediation, and maintain system access.

• Maintain system documentation, inventory, and change records.

• Support infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.

Required Skills:

• 3 5 years of Systems Administration experience.

• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server.

• Knowledge of server monitoring, backups, patching, and troubleshooting.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
