Summary
Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Manager to establish and operate the cybersecurity governance and risk control plane across the enterprise. This role is responsible for enabling risk-informed decision making, clear accountability, and consistent control governance across business, IT, cloud, and third-party environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, the ability to operate across organizational boundaries, and experience building and scaling GRC capabilities in complex environments.
Need a working leader who has built out a GRC program and is willing to do so again. There is currently no one managing GRC and there is no security risk register. They have the capabilities, but they are not being implemented. Need someone who understands the capabilities and how to implement and take advantage of them. This person will be tasked with building a team over the next 2 years once the program is established.
Strong candidates for this role will be individuals with:
- Experience building and maintaining cybersecurity risk registers
- Experience building and continuously improving governance and compliance cross-functional operating models
- Experience building and executing security awareness programs and campaigns (beyond phishing campaigns)
- Experience with PCI DSS and SOX compliance and working closely with internal and external auditors
- Rare but helpful – GRC leaders with experience supporting post-incident program maturity and remediation validation
Required Experience:
- QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry experience is required.
- Experience working for an e-commerce company is required.
