- Strong full stack engineering experience
- Strong backend/database development skills (Experience with Python)
- Ability to contribute to UI development (although backend expertise was the primary need)
- Experience with DevOps processes, CI/CD, and build pipelines
- GenAI experience, including developing AI solutions and familiarity with RAG, LangChain etc. (Experience developing AI chatbot application)
- Cloud experience (Google Cloud Platform/ Azure preferred)
