We are looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer III to support large-scale IBM ACE (Application Connect Enterprise) environments across AWS and on-premises platforms. This role is ideal for an infrastructure professional who enjoys administering enterprise integration systems, solving complex technical issues, and helping maintain reliable, high-performing environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support IBM ACE infrastructure in both cloud and on-premises environments
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability to help ensure stable operations
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ACE systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to support deployment, configuration, and operational needs
- Help maintain secure, scalable, and well-managed integration platforms
- Support enterprise-level environments with a focus on reliability and operational excellence
Skills
- Hands-on experience with IBM ACE or IIB administration
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure environments
- Working knowledge of AWS and on-premises system administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms
- Familiarity with cloud-based and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Background in operations, platform support, or middleware administration
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
