Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

We are seeking a mid-level Agile Project Manager to support customer-facing cloud technology initiatives within a collaborative 20-person cross-functional team environment. This is a hands-on role for a true delivery-focused PM with 4-5 years of experience maximum.

We are NOT seeking senior-level or program-level project managers.

The ideal candidate has experience leading Agile/Scrum technology projects in cloud-based environments and is comfortable managing projects end-to-end while working directly with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience managing technology projects

• Strong Agile and Scrum experience (hands-on Scrum Master capabilities)

• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, epics, and story hygiene

• Experience managing cloud-based, customer-facing technology projects

• Experience using multiple methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Iterative

• Bachelor s degree in relevant field

• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders

• Strong documentation skills (project charters, scope, plans, timelines)

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce implementations

• Event Management Systems (Cadmium preferred)

• Online learning platforms (Elevate or similar)

• CRM and web platform implementations

• Digital transformation initiatives

• Association or non-profit industry experience

• AI-related project exposure

• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure

• Drive Agile ceremonies and champion Scrum best practices

• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communications

• Develop project charters, scope documents, and management plans

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively

• Coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor teams

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Maintain strong Jira governance and task hygiene
