job summary:
We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM ERP Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs supporting a PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM 9.2) initiative. This role will develop accessibility-compliant, role-based training materials and deliver instruction through instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. The ideal candidate has strong ERP training experience, hands-on PeopleSoft knowledge, and thrives in a collaborative, Agile-driven environment.
This is a full-time contract opportunity, currently remote, supporting Central Time business hours.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop ERP training programs for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- Create accessibility-compliant, role-based training materials and user guides
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to end users and trainers
- Develop eLearning content using approved authoring tools
- Participate in system design discussions and testing to ensure training accuracy
- Maintain and update training documentation and SharePoint resources
- Support curriculum updates based on system enhancements and business changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment
- Ensure training materials align with regulatory and accessibility standards
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience developing training programs for ERP systems
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- 4+ years of experience using eLearning development tools
- Experience creating accessibility-compliant training content
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and maintaining SharePoint sites
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Ability to work Central Time business hours
Preferred (Not Required):
Public sector experience, Jira experience, and relevant instructional design or ERP certifications.
