Education:
Preferred Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or equivalent experience.

Experience:
Typically requires 8-10 years' experience.

What You'll Do
Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native, and SaaS-based solutions that transform next-generation BSS platforms.
Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning technologies to automate workflows, enable hyper-personalized customer experiences, and support intelligent, data-driven decision-making.
Drive initiatives to embed AI/ML models for dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, proactive service assurance, anomaly detection, and real-time product recommendations.
Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML optimization across customer journeys and business processes.
Define and execute the modernization roadmap, including legacy migration, domain-driven design, and adoption of industry best practices.
Champion domain-centric, event-driven architectures with clear separation of concerns and optimized data flows.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, ethics, and compliance.
Mentor solution architects and cross-functional teams, serving as a subject matter expert in AI/ML adoption and fostering a culture of innovation.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of solution architecture experience, with a focus on large-scale BSS in telecommunications or similar industries.
Proven expertise in architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems, with applications such as dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time recommendations.
Deep understanding of BSS domains and processes (customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, revenue management).
Practical experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and API management.
Strong grasp of omnichannel strategies, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID, or similar industry standards (preferred).
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $70/hr to $75/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
