You Have: - 2+ years of experience with working in healthcare solving operational problems using technology
- Experience with leadership in technology and innovation organizations
- Experience with participating in the development of business cases and collaborating cross functionally in business development opportunities
- Experience with evaluating AI and ML maturity and readiness of client organizations through interactive workshops, interviews, and site visits to assist in problem identification and scoping
- Experience in working with developers and infrastructure specialist to test and evaluate new technologies
- Ability to engage with leaders at the senior-most levels on strategic and operational matters
- Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: - Experience with government healthcare agencies
- Experience with supporting or delivering Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), or Data as a Service (DaaS) solutions, offerings, and integrations
- Experience with public health programs or other equivalent science programs
- Experience with leading technology teams of 10+ people and developing staff
- Experience in working with cloud infrastructure and solutions
- Experience with service design, design thinking, design research, business design, or customer experience strategy
- Experience with Agile development
- Ability to display a strong curiosity of AI solutions, including how they advance health data, public health or other scientific programs
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
