We're seeking a Network Technician to help design, maintain, and support modern network environments across a variety of clients. This role focuses on hands-on network configuration, system maintenance, security, and user support across diverse infrastructures.

Job Description- Configure, support, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and core network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and overall IP network health.
- Support Windows desktop environments (Windows 10/11), including patching, updates, and workstation stability.
- Deploy and administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, file/print services, and user access controls.
- Monitor network and system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve connectivity issues.
- Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, and monitoring platforms.
- Perform system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support backup operations, recovery processes, and disaster-recovery planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality technical support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, assets, and procedures.
Requirements- 2-5+ years of experience in network or systems support (MSP or multi-client experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and general user/device management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset-able to anticipate issues and prevent downtime before it occurs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $48.00/hr.
