Job Summary

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support system implementations and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops

• Create and maintain documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS)

• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams

• Document business processes, use cases, and functional specifications

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users

• Design system solutions aligned with business needs and IT standards

• Develop functional design artifacts (process flows, data models, interfaces)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery

Support & Maintenance

• Provide Level 2 application support and resolve production issues

• Perform testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT)

• Develop and execute SQL queries and stored procedures (MS SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL)

• Maintain test data and support defect resolution

• Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability

Training & Documentation

• Conduct training sessions for end users and technical teams

• Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation

• Manhattan WMOS (2010 & 2018)

• Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) ERP

• SAP, BAAN

• Precision / TRAX TMS

• Logistics Control Tower

• Power BI / Reporting Tools

• Integration: XML, webMethods, Oracle Fusion Middleware

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 5 years of experience with Manhattan WMOS (2010 / 2018)

• 2 3 years of experience with Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) or similar ERP

• Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL & MS SQL Server

• Experience in Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) processes (WMS, TMS, OMS)

• Experience with integration technologies (XML, webMethods, Oracle Fusion Middleware)

• Basic experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
