Job Description:
A global Systems Integrator is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team, then go into high-level overview. The consultant shale provide solution services to support the Department in the design, development, testing, and implementation of the identified modernization initiatives. This includes delivery of cloud-based data pipelines, application components, and system integrations that enable blockchain processing, legacy system modernization, and operational workflow improvements. Work will be performed across multiple concurrent efforts and will include technical design, development, integration, validation, deployment, and ongoing support as needed to ensure successful implementation.
 
Mandatory Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years of experience developing NodeJS applications.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud implementations.
A minimum of 2 years of experience developing React applications.
A minimum of 2 years of experience developing RESTful services.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in use of GIT.
A bachelor’s degree. Contractor must submit a copy of the degree and certification for compliance with this requirement.
 
Desirable Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working with DMV-related systems or programs for a state Department of Motor Vehicles.
A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting DMV vehicle registration, title processing, or registration card issuance workflows,
A minimum of 2 year of experience designing, developing, or supporting blockchain-based solutions for vehicle title or registration records, including validation, transformation, and submission of structured data (e.g., batch or CSV records) to a distributed ledger platform with full audit traceability and lifecycle tracking.
A minimum of 1 year of experience working with DMV financial or billing systems, including fee processing, remittance handling, or reconciliation processes.
A minimum of 1 year of experience working with or integrating to the Revenium platform, including API-based validation, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
A minimum of 1 year of experience working with ABIS (Automated Business Information System) or similar legacy DMV billing/mainframe systems.
A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting high-volume DMV batch processing systems handling 10,000+ daily transactions.
A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting DMV-specific document generation and print workflows, including batch printing or hot-folder-based integrations.
