Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe IT Integration Manager will oversee a team responsible for the development, operation and continuous improvement of IT-wide processes and procedures core to CommonSpirith Health's business health and functions. The key focus is to understand the business requirements, and develop processes to support their implementation. This position is responsible for the management of a process including related projects and resources as assigned, and is responsible for the supervision of professional, technical and administrative support staff assigned to the process. The position will provide first level management necessary to execute processes, programs, and projects of the organization.
- The Integration Manager is responsible for leading a team of IT resources to deliver the IT component of organizational mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and Joint Ventures (JV)
- Works extensively with IT leadership, managers and individual contributors to deliver on mergers and acquisitions and joint venture commitments
- Oversees day-to-day operational management of all activities and functions in support of the respective assigned process/program(s).
- Develops, implements and evaluates operating policies, procedures and standards. Determines service levels and enhancements. Develops and monitors budgets. Provides technical advice and/or oversight to staff or other departments related to area of assignment; estimates and coordinates program/unit activities and associated costs.
- Manages a team and/or resources to plan and execute mergers and acquisitions and joint venture projects. Management of staff includes performance evaluations, coordinating training, hiring, discipline and termination procedures.

Job RequirementsRequired:
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT
- 5 years of M&A and/ or JV activity
- 5 years of Information Technology Leadership experience
- Previous experience in Healthcare IT
- Experience managing M&A and JV activity
- Experience leading project teams to deliver on commitments
