The ASK? Client is looking for an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WSM) Lead Consultant to perform solution designs, functional testing, best practice recommendations, functional leadership, and guidance. Must have UKG Workforce Dimension exp
Skills and Experience_
- Strong experience with UKG Pro WSM.
- Expertise in Advanced Scheduler and Forecasting.
- Deep knowledge of Timekeeping and Scheduling.
- Experience in system upgrades, data migration, and transformations.
- Functional and HCM module expertise.
- Hands-on testing and validation experience.
- Proven team leadership and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
- SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
- Must have proficiency in configuring and customizing UKG modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Knowledge of how UKG Workforce Dimension integrate with other applications - integration knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors - Strongly Preferred.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the following UKG Modules
- Workforce Dimensions
- Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping, Accruals, Absences, Analytics
- Workforce Dimensions Outlook Plugins
- Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform
Responsibilities_
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of UKG Pro WSM solutions.
- Provide hands-on expertise with Advanced Scheduler and Scheduling Forecasting.
- Manage Timekeeping and Scheduling modules, including configuration and optimization.
- Lead system upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and integration support.
- Oversee functional and HCM module implementations.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities (Unit, System, UAT) and defect resolution.
- Manage and mentor team members, ensuring project delivery and quality standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best-practice solutions.
