IAM Project ManagerChandler, AZHybrid (3 Days in 2 Days remote)12-18 Month ContractWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver enterprise-scale security and secrets management initiatives, including deployment of HashiCorp Vault (Secrets Vault) and CyberArk Password Vault environments. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning architecture, engineering, infrastructure, security, and application teams. The successful candidate will drive delivery across multiple environments (Dev, UAT, Production), coordinate work for primary and DR
architectures, and ensure outcomes meet availability, resiliency, security, and compliance objectives. This candidate will work extensively across differing dependent teams and stake holders. The ideal candidate is fluent in Agile and hybrid delivery models, understands security platform lifecycles, and is comfortable operating in Tier-0, high-risk environments where outages, delays, or misalignment have enterprise-wide
impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery Leadership- Lead delivery of enterprise secrets management programs, including:
- HashiCorp Vault platform engineering and rollout
- CyberArk Password Vault deployments and enhancements
- Own integrated delivery plans spanning:
- Platform engineering
- Infrastructure
- Security architecture
- Application onboarding
- Manage multi-workstream execution across multiple projects
- Ensure alignment between technical design milestones and business delivery expectations.
Agile & Hybrid Execution- Serve as Scrum Master for platform engineering teams where Agile is used.
- Facilitate:
- Sprint planning
- Backlog refinement
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Apply hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall) when required for regulated or infrastructure-heavy work.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
Risk, Dependency & StakeholderManagement- Proactively identify and manage:
- Cross-team dependencies
- Infrastructure and security risks
- Environment readiness constraints
- Timeline constraints and time management
- Drive task delivery
- Serve as a key coordination point between:
- Platform engineers
- Security architects
- Infrastructure teams
- Application owners
- Governance and risk partners
Governance, Compliance & Readiness- Coordinate required:
- Task deliverables
- Project meetings
- Standup meetings
- Change management and release approvals
- Track delivery against non-functional requirements, including:
- Support formal go-live, DR testing, and operational handoff readiness.
Communication & ExecutionTransparency- Maintain clear status reporting, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Translate complex technical progress into business-relevant milestones.
- Escalate issues early, with clear options and impact analysis.
- Ensure decisions are documented and traceable.
Required Skills & ExperienceProject / Program Management- 7+ years experience in project or program management roles.
- 3+ years leading complex infrastructure, security, or platform delivery programs.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, enterprise-scale initiatives.
Agile & Delivery Frameworks- Strong experience as a Scrum Master for technical teams.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
- Hybrid and waterfall delivery models
- Experience managing delivery where Agile must coexist with traditional legacy project management practices.
Security & Technical Acumen- Experience delivering projects involving:
- Security platforms
- Identity and access management
- Secrets or credential management
- Working knowledge of:
- CyberArk Password Vault
- (Hands-on engineering experience is not required, but platform fluency is expected.)
- Ability to understand and manage:
- Environment separation (Dev / UAT / Prod)
- HA and DR delivery timelines
- Infrastructure and security dependencies
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, or similar).
- Familiarity with Tier-0 platforms and high-availability systems.
- Experience coordinating multi-year platform initiatives.
- Background supporting Highly Complex Technical solution delivery.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $73.00 - $73.00/hr.
